How do you print?

Sault Printing Company uses many techniques to print the highest quality products available. From cutting edge Digital Printing to Old School Offset Printing, we have it all. We use the combined experience of our highly trained press staff and office staff to coordinate the joint effort of getting the jobs done quickly, efficiently, and correctly the first time!

Do you make flyers?

Yes! Sault Printing Company specializes in all Office related and marketing related materials. We make flyers, mailers, business cards, letterhead, sticky notes, notepads, and so much more for most of the surrounding businesses here in the Upper Peninsula.

Can you design my project?

Service FAQ

What can you service?

Sault Printing Company is an Authorized Ricoh Dealership and Service Center. This means that we will service any Ricoh machine so long as it has parts available. If you purchased a machine directly from us, you can opt in for a maintenance contract and recieve preventative maintenance on a regular basis.

Maintenance Contract?

Our maintenance contracts cover preventative maintenance, emergency breakdowns, normal wear and tear, and any other issue arrising from normal use of the machine. If something is broken due to negligence, misuse and abuse, or any other reason not from normal wear and tear of the machine, we will still service the machine but at a cost of $75.00 an hour for labor and any cost for parts.

Do you service other items?

Generally speaking, no. We do evaluate extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis though. We have repaired laptops, brothers, HP, etc. in the past but again this is on a case by case basis.If you would like us to look at something outside of Ricoh, please call us ahead of time and explain the situation. If we can't help you at the time due to our work load, or inability to get parts, we may reffer you to someone who can.

Are machines expensive?

Generally speaking, that is completely relative to what you need. We have new machines as little as $500 all the way to $350,000. We will inquire about your needs, your wants, and your budget. Once we have all the information that we need, we can accurately quote you a machine that best suits your business. Don't worry about the price though! We offer leasing to give you a low monthly payment to have your machine for up to 5 years, and then you can switch into a newer machine at that point!

Do you sell anything else?

Yes! We sell white boards, projectors, video conferencing systems, digital duplicators, and more! We also have a wide variety of software solutions that will take your current or new Ricoh Machine to the next level. What if I am non-profit?

If you are non-profit please talk to us today about the U.S. Communities purchasing alliance. This completely FREE service allows us to give you extra special discount pricing from Ricoh directly. 99% of the time, you are able to get machines for under the wholesale cost to us.
