Service FAQ

Sault Printing Company is an Authorized Ricoh Dealership and Service Center. This means that we will service any Ricoh machine so long as it has parts available. If you purchased a machine directly from us, you can opt in for a maintenance contract and recieve preventative maintenance on a regular basis.
Our maintenance contracts cover preventative maintenance, emergency breakdowns, normal wear and tear, and any other issue arrising from normal use of the machine. If something is broken due to negligence, misuse and abuse, or any other reason not from normal wear and tear of the machine, we will still service the machine but at a cost of $75.00 an hour for labor and any cost for parts.
Generally speaking, no. We do evaluate extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis though. We have repaired laptops, brothers, HP, etc. in the past but again this is on a case by case basis.If you would like us to look at something outside of Ricoh, please call us ahead of time and explain the situation. If we can't help you at the time due to our work load, or inability to get parts, we may reffer you to someone who can.

Ricoh Business Equipment FAQ

Generally speaking, that is completely relative to what you need. We have new machines as little as $500 all the way to $350,000. We will inquire about your needs, your wants, and your budget. Once we have all the information that we need, we can accurately quote you a machine that best suits your business. Don't worry about the price though! We offer leasing to give you a low monthly payment to have your machine for up to 5 years, and then you can switch into a newer machine at that point!
